We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Founders Office team. This role involves supporting the founders across multiple areas, from research and data analysis to project execution and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Research: Conduct secondary research, analyze industry trends, and create reports to support decision-making.
  • B2B Communication: Assist in crafting and managing professional communication with external stakeholders, including emails and presentations.
  • Content Creation: Design visually appealing presentations and social media content using tools like Canva.
  • AI Tools Utilization: Leverage at least 4-5 AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution of projects.
  • Event Support: Plan and organize meetings, webinars, and other events involving the founders.
  • BD Outreach: Support in business development activities by identifying opportunities, creating outreach materials, and following up with prospects.
  • Special Projects: Assist in special initiatives for the Founders Office
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-1.5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, research, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in using Canva and other design tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technology.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
