We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Founders Office team. This role involves supporting the founders across multiple areas, from research and data analysis to project execution and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Research: Conduct secondary research, analyze industry trends, and create reports to support decision-making.
- B2B Communication: Assist in crafting and managing professional communication with external stakeholders, including emails and presentations.
- Content Creation: Design visually appealing presentations and social media content using tools like Canva.
- AI Tools Utilization: Leverage at least 4-5 AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution of projects.
- Event Support: Plan and organize meetings, webinars, and other events involving the founders.
- BD Outreach: Support in business development activities by identifying opportunities, creating outreach materials, and following up with prospects.
- Special Projects: Assist in special initiatives for the Founders Office
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-1.5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, research, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in using Canva and other design tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technology.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
